Trity Environ Solutions is a trusted effluent treatment plant manufacturer in Punjab, building industrial wastewater systems for the dyeing and hosiery units of Ludhiana and the dairy, food, metal finishing, and engineering industry across the state. With the Buddha Nullah catchment under repeated regulatory reporting, it designs plants that handle colour, COD, and dissolved solids and recover water, with pan India installation support behind every project. Trity Environ Solutions designs, manufactures, and commissions each plant in-house, from effluent analysis to handover.
Ludhiana's dyeing cluster is where Punjab's effluent rules are tested most visibly. A PPCB status report of April 2024 counted about 300 dyeing units in the district, with about 265 in the Buddha Nullah catchment. Of those, 211 were connected to common effluent plants and about 54 were not: 12 large units, 16 small scattered units, and 26 in Industrial Area-A, each running its own effluent plant and discharging to the public sewer. Three common plants with a combined 105 MLD capacity discharge treated effluent into the nullah, and PPCB reported that the water exceeded sewage treatment standards for coliform, COD, and BOD and was unfit for irrigation. A January 2023 report put industrial effluent in the catchment at 137 MLD, and August 2024 reporting said the concentrations of BOD, COD, and suspended solids had risen between 2022 and 2024.
The cluster is not only dyeing. In August 2025 Ludhiana's Haibowal Dairy Complex ETP was inspected, and officials were directed to act against dyeing units discharging untreated waste into sewer lines or the nullah. Further north, a 2014 report described PPCB filing a criminal complaint over alleged discharge from Jalandhar's leather complex into the Kala Sanghian drain, a case more than a decade old but a reminder that effluent here is policed by court as well as board. For a unit, the lesson is that outlet quality is checked and shared plants do not guarantee compliance. Trity Environ Solutions builds effluent treatment plants for dyeing, hosiery, dairy, food, and metal finishing units, around your own wastewater analysis rather than a template.

Colour, COD, and TDS removal designed for dyeing effluent that changes with every lot.
Treatment trains fixed after sampling your own discharge, since a dye house, a dairy, and a metal finisher never produce the same wastewater.
Biological stages for dairy and food effluent, where fat, milk solids, and cleaning chemicals swing the load.
Treated water returned to process washing and cooling, which cuts fresh water and tanker demand.
Installation, operator training, and AMC response across Ludhiana and Punjab's industrial belts, backed by Trity's engineering team.
The Ludhiana reporting shows that even units connected to common plants sit inside a catchment under scrutiny. A plant of your own, with sampling points and a dated record of treated water quality, is the strongest position when PPCB inspects. Where a unit also wants to cut fresh water use, a wastewater recycling system can be added after the main treatment train.
Dosing pumps drift, membranes foul, and sludge handling slips when nobody watches them, which is how a plant that passed commissioning ends up in a notice. Trity Environ Solutions supports every Punjab installation with operator training, performance checks, and an Annual Maintenance Contract, so chemical dosing and sludge handling stay within consent limits. The state's largest dyeing and hosiery cluster has its own page: the STP and ETP plant manufacturer in Ludhiana page covers dyeing, dairy, and city projects. Chemical and metal bearing sludge can be cut in volume with a filter press for sludge dewatering.
This page covers industrial effluent only. For domestic sewage from housing, hospitals, and hotels, see the sewage treatment plant manufacturer in Punjab page. The combined overview of both services is on the STP and ETP plant manufacturer in Punjab page.
Our textile dyeing effluent treatment plant removes colour, COD, and dissolved solids from dyeing and processing units.
Our food and beverage effluent treatment plant handles the high organic load from dairy, bakery, and packaged food units.
Our physico-chemical effluent treatment plant removes metals and suspended solids through pH correction, coagulation, flocculation, and clarification.
Our wastewater recycling system polishes treated effluent through ultrafiltration and RO so it can return to the process.
Our zero liquid discharge system recovers water through filtration, membranes, and evaporation, for units that choose or are required to send no effluent out of the site.
Flow measurement and sampling establish your actual load, including colour, COD, and TDS.
Technology and layout are fixed against PPCB consent conditions, available footprint, and reuse targets.
Components are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls, then installed and commissioned by Trity's site team.
The plant is tested against consent limits, operators are trained, and ongoing AMC support keeps performance consistent afterward.
The Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) issues consent to establish and consent to operate, alongside CPCB guidelines and National Green Tribunal directions.
Yes. Dyeing effluent needs colour removal, equalisation, and COD and TDS handling beyond a standard biological plant, so the system is designed from your own effluent analysis.
Often yes. Units usually need pre-treatment to meet the common plant's inlet norms, and a plant of your own is the safer position when treated water is closely inspected.
Recycling returns part of the treated water to the process. Zero liquid discharge recovers essentially all the water and evaporates the rest, so no liquid effluent leaves the site.
Prefabricated modular plants typically commission within 45 to 90 days, while civil-based plants for larger capacities take 3 to 6 months from design approval to handover.
Yes. We audit existing plants, retrofit capacity or technology, and take them under an annual maintenance contract.
Look for in-house manufacturing, experience with PPCB consent requirements, a design based on your own wastewater analysis, and a clear maintenance offering after commissioning. Trity Environ Solutions builds its plants under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls and supports every installation with operator training and an annual maintenance contract.
Our engineering team can help design the right system for your capacity, industry, and compliance requirements.
