Trity Environ Solutions is a trusted STP and ETP plant manufacturer in Ahmedabad, building wastewater systems for the textile processing, dye, chemical, and engineering units of Narol, Vatva, Odhav, and Naroda, and for the hospitals, hotels, and residential towers of the city. With the Sabarmati under High Court supervision, it designs plants that keep discharge measurably inside limits, with pan India installation support behind every project. Whether you need a sewage treatment plant manufacturer in Ahmedabad or an effluent treatment plant manufacturer in Ahmedabad, Trity Environ Solutions builds both in-house, from design to commissioning.
In August 2024 the Gujarat High Court, hearing a suo motu petition on the Sabarmati, described the river as a cesspool of drug-resistant bacteria fed by untreated to partly treated sewage and industrial waste. It directed the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) to inspect seven common effluent plants that were not meeting discharge norms, and recorded joint sampling in which TDS and colour exceeded the norms. The court's order put numbers on the industrial load: the Mega Pipeline carries about 35 to 50 MLD of wastewater from Ahmedabad East treated in six CETPs, and the Narol plant's outfall discharges about 100 MLD of treated industrial wastewater into the river.
Sewage is scrutinised as well. A March 2019 joint probe by GPCB and a citizens' group measured BOD of 139 mg/L in treated outflow at the Danilimda sewage plant against a discharge limit of 30. Those figures are old, but they show what regulators measure. For a factory, hospital, or tower in Ahmedabad, the practical answer is a plant of your own with a log to prove it. Trity Environ Solutions builds effluent treatment plants for textile, dye, chemical, and engineering units, and sewage treatment plants for the city's hospitals, hotels, and housing.

Colour, COD, and TDS handling designed for the processing and dye units of Narol, Vatva, and Odhav.
Stages and sampling points aimed at the parameters flagged in the High Court hearing, including colour, TDS, and COD.
Treated water routed to cooling, washing, flushing, and gardens, supporting the reuse direction the court has pushed.
Modular MBBR and MBR layouts for towers, hospitals, and hotels where land is limited.
Installation, operator training, and AMC response across the city's industrial estates and urban projects.
The court found that water was still impure after CETP treatment and that seven plants were not meeting discharge norms. A unit that depends on a shared plant depends on something it cannot control. A plant of your own, with sampling points and a dated log of treated water quality, is the strongest position at inspection.
Dosing pumps drift, blowers wear, and clarifiers overflow when nobody watches them. Trity Environ Solutions supports every Ahmedabad installation with operator training, performance checks, and an Annual Maintenance Contract, so the plant stays inside limits. Textile processing, dye, chemical, and engineering units each produce a different effluent, so one template does not work across Narol, Vatva, and Odhav. Trity Environ Solutions also has state level pages for a sewage treatment plant manufacturer in Gujarat and an effluent treatment plant manufacturer in Gujarat. Nearby city pages cover Surat, Vadodara, Vapi, Ankleshwar.
Our textile dyeing effluent treatment plant removes colour, COD, and dissolved solids from dyeing and processing units.
Our chemical industry effluent treatment plant handles high COD, acidic, alkaline, and colour bearing process water.
Our zero liquid discharge system recovers water from high TDS effluent for units that must stop discharging altogether.
Our MBBR sewage treatment plant fits basement and podium layouts and holds treated quality across peak swings.
Our sewage treatment plant for hospital combines biological treatment with disinfection for hospitals and nursing homes.

Flow measurement and sampling establish your actual load, whether textile, dye, chemical, or domestic sewage.
Technology and layout are fixed against GPCB consent conditions, available footprint, and reuse targets.
Components are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls, then installed and commissioned by Trity's site team.
The plant is tested against consent limits, operators are trained, and ongoing AMC support keeps performance consistent afterward.
The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) issues consent to establish and consent to operate, alongside CPCB guidelines and National Green Tribunal directions.
Yes. These units need colour, COD, and TDS handling beyond a standard biological plant, so each plant is designed from your own effluent analysis.
Often yes. Units usually need pre-treatment to meet the common plant's inlet norms, and where shared plants miss discharge limits, a plant of your own is the safer position.
Large residential, commercial, and healthcare projects generally need an STP as part of environmental clearance and GPCB consent conditions. Requirements vary by built-up area and project category.
Prefabricated modular plants typically commission within 45 to 90 days, while civil-based plants for larger capacities take 3 to 6 months from design approval to handover.
Yes. We audit existing plants, retrofit capacity or technology, and take them under an annual maintenance contract.
Look for in-house manufacturing, experience with GPCB consent requirements, a design based on your own effluent analysis, and a clear maintenance offering after commissioning. Trity Environ Solutions builds its plants under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls and supports every installation with operator training and an annual maintenance contract.
Our engineering team can help design the right system for your capacity, industry, and compliance requirements.
